A few postcards from my home, Kingscliff
So, I thought I would share with you a few pictures that I haven’t had the time to share with you yet. A bit of background info…….Usually every two months I’ll fly up to the Northern Rivers to spend quality time with my family. My twin sister is an amazing photographer so I like to squeeze in a few photo-shoots with her before I head back to dazzling Sydney. My little twin sister, she’s a gem, my best friend and I fricken love her to bits! Anyway, obviously creativity runs in the family as Chantel is a photographer, my father is one of the highest ranked martial artist instructors in Australia and my darling mother has proudly owned her own Thai restaurant at Salt Village called Mahsuri Thai (Mum is actually Irish decent, but just loves Thai food hahah). Anyway that’s my family in a nutshell. Oh, then there’s my new french bulldog puppy (@SporteTheFrenchie) and the little nephews! But I’ll save that for another blog post!
Anyway, as beautiful as these images are, they actually mean a lot to me because they were shot from where I grew up, the beautiful laidback beach town of Kingscliff. Not only do the images capture the sereneness of the coastlines, but Chantel has also captured something special in every photo. Whether it’s what I’m wearing, the colour and ripeness of the fruit, a glimpse of my vinyasa yoga practice or just being present through the lens. It’s all there!
Anyway, hope you love them as much as I do. I’m heading back home to Kingscliff next Tuesday for two weeks with my new puppy! So expect to see a lot more inspirational content coming your way!
